When signing up for a competition, your name, date of birth, phone number, and email will be collected and stored to confirm your identity at competitions and remind you of the time and location of your upcoming competition. You may also be asked questions regarding your personal interests/hobbies to help us get a better understanding of our ideal customer. If you sign up for a duos competition you will have to provide your partner’s name as well, this is for team confirmation purposes, upon arrival to competitions. Information that you provide to us through contact forms or competition sign-ups will be used to communicate with you in the future. If you sign up for our email newsletter, you will be emailed weekly updates, facts, and upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may unsubscribe at any time. By signing up for a competition you agree that your legal name may be placed on our website’s public leaderboard. If you lift heavy enough to rank on our public leaderboard, your legal name will be placed on it, unless you notify us that you do not wish to have your name recognized as a top lifter.
